- Bliss House is not responsible for any damaged/stolen/lost items. You may purchase insurance if you wish along with your orders.

- Please make sure your address is correct. Bliss House is not responsible for any items being sent to the wrong address.

- There are no refunds/exchanges for any orders made. Please make sure you pay attention to your orders. All sales are final, once you have made your payments.

- Please make sure you pay attention to the items that say "pre-order only". There are no refunds allowed for not paying attention to the "pre-order only" signs.

- Visiting an optometrist & receiving a prescription is highly recommended before any use of circle lens that Bliss Housesupplies.

- All lenses must be used properly, or otherwise may cause serious damage to your eyes. Please read the care instruction sheet provided with the circle lenses. Any injuries due to failure of proper lens care is not Bliss House responsibility!!

- For concealed cash, checks, money orders, you understand & agree that Bliss House must receive all payments within 12 days after an invoice has been sent - to you. Any orders not paid within 12 days will be canceled.

- You understand that Bliss House does not hold items for any customer unless the customer has paid for half of the item before the 12 day deadline. - All items will be held for no longer than 2 weeks.

-Must always Pay for shipping fee, [unless total by Bliss House] Anyone who does not pay for shipping fee will not received there orders, until fully paid for order.

- You understand that you may cancel your order before the payment deadline is up(12 days). Any orders not canceled before the deadline will be canceled by Bliss House.

- You agree to be patient with receiving your orders, especially if you pre-ordered. If items were pre-ordered, please allow up to 6 weeks for destination arrival after the batch has closed.

- By sending us your photos, you allow Bliss House to place them up on our site. All photos will be marked as 'Bliss House' photos for copyright reasons. We promise to never share your photos to any other sites or anybody else. We are not a modeling agency. If you want your photos to be shared, please do so yourself.
